Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Here at New York Computer Training Solutions, we strive to deliver the most exceptional and efficient training to our clients.

We all have days when things occur and we are not able to make it to a class or an appointment. Please keep our policies in mind as we operate on a set schedule.

Class Policies

  • No fee if cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 business days from class start date and time (Weekends and Holidays NOT included).
  • 50% of class price fee if cancelled or rescheduled 2-3 business days before class start date and time (Weekends and Holidays NOT included).
  • No Refund if cancelled or rescheduled within 2 business days of class start and time, the day of class or NO SHOW.
  • If you purchased through Coursehorse, then our Refund and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies apply to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please contact Coursehorse here.

Private training policies

  • 10% of training invoice for that day charged if cancelled 9am and after the day before training date


  • Vouchers are non-refundable after 5 business days of purchase. (Weekends and Holidays NOT included)
  • Vouchers can be used towards ANY ONE class.
  • Vouchers can be transferred to another recipient but MUST NOTIFY NEW YORK COMPUTER TRAINING SOLUTIONS OF CHANGE FIRST.
  • Recipient MUST contact office prior to attending class to redeem voucher and apply towards a specific class and date.
